Looking for a retail Sales Executive Men/Women
Responsibilities
- Greet and engage with customers, providing a welcoming and informative shopping experience.
- Demonstrate knowledge of the uniform and textile industry to advise customers.
- Build and manage customer relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain merchandise presentation.
- Participate in training and development sessions.
- Provide feedback to management on customer needs and sales trends.
- Assist with stocking, inventory management, and store cleanliness.
- Upsell products through recommendations.
- Arabic speaker is a advantage
Qualifications
- Experience in retail sales, preferably in tailoring fashion or premium products.
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
- **Fluent in Arabic; proficiency in two additional languages is a plus**.
- Strong understanding of the uniform and textile industry preferred.
- Energetic, proactive, and able to work in a dynamic retail environment.
- Flexible split hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Detail-oriented and excellent team player.

Job Type: Full-time
- Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
- Ability to commute/relocate:
- Al-Ayn: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
