The Retail Sales Associate assists customers, promotes products, and supports daily store operations.
The role is based in Abu Dhabi.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome customers and help them identify products that meet their needs.
- Explain product features, prices, and available options accurately.
- Assist with sales transactions, product inquiries, and customer concerns.
- Arrange merchandise, replenish shelves, and maintain product displays.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or damaged products.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and support daily store activities.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Good communication and customer service skills; friendly, professional, and approachable attitude.
- Basic numerical and computer skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks.
- Previous retail or sales experience is preferred.
