Seeking professional, customer-focused Airport Staff to assist with routine airport operations and passenger services.
The role requires clear communication, adherence to operational and safety procedures, and effective coordination with passengers and airport personnel.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist passengers with general inquiries and directions within the airport.
- Support check-in, boarding, queue management, or other assigned operational activities.
- Verify travel documents according to assigned duties and established procedures.
- Coordinate with airport teams to support passenger movement and daily operations.
- Assist passengers who need additional guidance or support.
- Follow airport security, safety, and customer service procedures and report operational concerns.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills; professional and courteous passenger service.
- Ability to follow instructions and established safety procedures.
- Strong teamwork, punctuality, and time-management skills.
- Relevant aviation or customer service training is preferred.
- Previous customer service, hospitality, or airport operations experience is preferred.
Employment Type
- Full-time.
Job Location
- Abu Dhabi; airport passenger-service duties are performed at the airport.
