The employer is seeking licensed Pharmacists for a UAE-based retail pharmacy group.
The role requires strong customer service, solid OTC product knowledge, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key responsibilities
- Dispense prescription medications accurately in compliance with UAE regulations.
- Counsel patients on medication use, dosage, side effects, and interactions.
- Provide excellent customer service and support a positive patient experience.
- Recommend appropriate OTC products based on customer needs.
- Drive OTC sales while maintaining ethical standards.
- Monitor stock levels, expiries, and merchandising standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting.
Requirements
- Hold a valid UAE Pharmacist License issued by DHA, DOH, or MOH.
- Have at least 2 years of UAE retail pharmacy experience.
- Demonstrate strong OTC product knowledge and sales ability.
- Have experience handling UAE insurance prescriptions.
- Have excellent communication skills in English.
- Arabic language ability is an advantage.
- Experience in large pharmacy chains is preferred.
