Key Result Areas (KRA’s)
- To ensure that tenant adheres to the signed Lease agreement with regards to the following;
- o Pricing
- o Level and quality of merchandise
- o Look and feel of the store
- o Permitted usage
- o Rules and Regulations of the mall
- o Store Timings
- Renovation of stores:
- To initiate renovation process with Tenants who have specifically agreed to renovation in their signed lease agreement.
- In addition to these, also initiating the process with Tenants that DOM management has deemed it necessary for Tenants to renovate their Tenancies
- Retail Related New practical ideas in terms of improvements towards look and feel of the mall.
- Carry out regular Tenant inspections and report it to the Retail Manager, for individual stores on a Monthly basis.
- Co-ordinate with the Maintenance Department for all maintenance related queries.
- Performs any other relevant task as directed by Head of Retail.
- Ensuring standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met in Mall premises.
- Touring the Mall Stores regularly, talking to Tenant representative and identifying or resolving urgent issues
- Maintaining awareness of market trends in the retail industry, understanding forthcoming customer initiatives and monitoring what local competitors are doing
- Follow ups and collection of Continuous Rent
