Job purpose

To lead and drive the overall commercial and operational performance of the Fashion store at Dubai Outlet Mall, ensuring achievement of sales targets, operational excellence, customer experience standards, team productivity, inventory optimization, and business objectives aligned with company expectations and retail industry standards.

The role is fully accountable for store performance, operational execution, customer satisfaction, team leadership, and implementation of commercial initiatives to maximize revenue and overall store productivity.

Key Accountabilities

(Includes, but not limited to the following)

:

Commercial Performance & Revenue Growth

  • Accountable for achievement of store sales targets, conversion rates, ATV (Average Transaction Value), UPT (Units Per Transaction), and overall store productivity.
  • Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly business performance and implement action plans to improve commercial outcomes.
  • Drive sales initiatives and in-store commercial activities to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Monitor customer buying trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to support business growth.

Retail Operations Management

  • Lead day-to-day store operations ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with company standards and procedures.
  • Ensure high operational standards across customer service, housekeeping, store presentation, stock management, and staff discipline.
  • Maintain operational readiness and ensure smooth store functioning at all times.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, operational, and mall requirements.

Customer Experience & Brand Standards

  • Lead customer experience excellence and ensure high service standards are consistently maintained.
  • Manage and resolve escalated customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
  • Ensure the store environment reflects brand and visual merchandising standards.
  • Drive customer engagement and retention initiatives to enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Team Leadership & Performance Management

  • Lead, motivate, coach, and manage store teams to achieve operational and commercial objectives.
  • Monitor employee productivity, attendance, grooming, discipline, and service delivery standards.
  • Support manpower planning, scheduling, onboarding, and training requirements in coordination with HR.
  • Foster a performance-driven and customer-focused culture within the store.

Inventory & Stock Management

  • Oversee stock availability, replenishment, inventory accuracy, and shrinkage control.
  • Ensure effective stock handling processes and compliance with inventory procedures.
  • Monitor slow-moving and fast-moving items and support inventory optimization initiatives.

Commercial Execution & Reporting

  • Drive implementation of promotional campaigns, seasonal activities, and commercial initiatives.
  • Prepare and review operational and commercial reports, identifying risks, opportunities, and performance improvement areas.
  • Provide regular business performance updates and recommendations to management.

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders including HR, Finance, Marketing, Procurement, IT, and Mall Operations to support store requirements and business continuity.
  • Maintain positive working relationships with suppliers and operational vendors where required.

Analytical & Reporting Skills

Minimum experience

Minimum 5–8 years of experience within retail operations, store management, or retail business leadership.

Proven experience managing commercial and operational performance within a retail environment.

Experience

within premium retail, lifestyle retail, or mall operations environment preferred.
