About The Role

We are looking for a UAE Retail Manager to lead the performance of our Parfums de Marly and INITIO Parfums Privés boutiques and counters across the UAE.

A hands-on retail leadership role, built on operational excellence, strong field teams, and lasting client relationships.

Retail Excellence & Performance

  • Set and uphold excellence standards across all UAE points of sale — Visual Merchandising, grooming, brand image — in boutiques, department stores (Bloomingdale's, Harvey Nichols, Galeries Lafayette, Sephora, etc.) and corners.
  • Track performance per point of sale, combining KPIs with field observation, to spot gaps early and prioritize action.
  • Run regular store visits with a clear action plan for each location and follow-through on implementation.
  • Ensure brand guidelines are consistently applied across all retail formats, working with Trade Marketing on Visual Merchandising.
  • Lead the set-up of new points of sale: recruitment, merchandising, training, partner onboarding.

Team Leadership & Coaching

  • Recruit and develop Beauty Advisors and field teams, whether brand-dedicated or in multi-brand environments. Keep a close, ongoing link with Retail Education to relay regional needs and ensure teams are included in planned onboarding and training. Manage scheduling and monthly bonuses with store and counter managers.
  • Be a trusted point of contact for field teams, building real engagement and a sense of belonging.
  • Coach in the field and give regular, structured feedback to support each team member's progression.

Client Experience & Long-Term Relationships

  • Ensure every client touchpoint reflects the universe and DNA of both brands. Build local partnerships that bring qualified footfall and visibility.
  • Identify VIP and niche-connoisseur clients and structure their long-term follow-up with boutique teams.
  • Design and run an events strategy — masterclasses, olfactive workshops, VIP activations — built for long-term loyalty, not just immediate sales.

Business & Reporting

  • Produce monthly performance reporting per point of sale, pairing KPIs with field insight. Work with Trade Marketing and Retail Education on activations and training needs identified in the field.
  • Use core indicators — conversion, average basket, repurchase rate, client satisfaction — to guide coaching, not just to score teams.

Profile & Competencies

  • 4+ years in retail management within luxury, fragrance, or premium cosmetics — UAE experience preferred.
  • People-first leadership style, focused on coaching teams rather than managing by targets alone.
  • Sharp eye for client experience and brand consistency across retail formats.
  • Track record of running a clienteling or events strategy built for long-term loyalty.
  • Comfortable with Excel and KPI reporting.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability across stakeholders — teams, retailers, partners.
  • Fluent in English; regular travel within the UAE, occasional trips to France. French language is a plus.
