Infrastructure, security, and assets

  • Oversee CCTV and access-control installations and handle user, badge, footage-retrieval, and first-line fault administration.
  • Deploy laptops, desktops, and mobile devices with Microsoft Intune and Entra ID; maintain asset, warranty, and stock records.
  • Support device compliance, patching, antivirus, and user access reviews.

Essential qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years of IT support or infrastructure experience, ideally in a multi-site environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365; hands-on switches, Wi-Fi access points, and routers.
  • Working knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and Wi-Fi networking; experience with CCTV and access control.
  • Experience with Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Entra ID; ability to read floor plans and layout mark-ups.
  • Strong communication and ability to work independently.
  • Valid UAE driving licence and own vehicle; able to safely lift and move IT equipment.

Desirable experience

  • Retail and POS experience, digital signage and media player experience, and relevant Microsoft or networking certifications are desirable.

Schedule and travel

  • Works a 6-day week with regular UAE travel driven by store openings and support needs.
  • Must be flexible to work outside normal hours for openings, upgrades, and critical incidents.
