About the role

What you will do

• Process new employee visas from entry permits and status changes through medical tests, Emirates ID, and visa stamping.
• Apply for and track labour quotas, work permits, and labour contracts with MOHRE.
• Renew and cancel visas, Emirates IDs, and labour cards on time.
• Manage establishment cards, trade licences, and MOL lists across operating emirates.
• Follow up with new joiners, collect their documents, and maintain application status and expected completion dates.
• Send HR weekly updates on pending, completed, and delayed applications; flag expiries at least 90 days ahead.
• Coordinate with HR on new joiners, pharmacist licence needs, and store openings.
• Follow UAE labour and immigration rules and keep accurate records.

What we are looking for

• At least 3 years of PRO experience across the emirates, with strong knowledge of MOHRE, GDRFA/ICP, and Emirates ID processes.
• Experience handling high-volume employee visas and multiple establishments across the emirates.
• Good understanding of quotas, establishment cards, WPS, and Emiratisation requirements.
• Strong organization and follow-up skills; able to manage many applications at once.
• Good written and spoken English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Proficient in Excel and email; HR system experience is an advantage.
• A valid UAE driving licence is preferred; ability to travel between emirates when needed.

Preferred experience

• Experience with emirate health authorities (DHA, DOH, MOH, SHA), including licence requests for facilities and professionals, is highly preferred.
• Retail, healthcare, or pharmacy experience and experience with several trade licences or branches are nice to have.
• Experience with an HR system such as Bayzat is a nice to have.
