A leading global luxury automotive brand in the Middle East is seeking a
Retail Finance Manager
to drive financial strategy, performance benchmarking, and business insights across its premium retail network.
This is a high-impact, strategic role offering the opportunity to influence decision-making, optimize profitability, and collaborate closely with regional stakeholders and global headquarters.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the roll-out, execution, and management of Retail Financial Benchmarking systems across the region
- Perform in-depth financial analysis including P&L and balance sheet evaluation
- Drive business performance insights, identifying opportunities for growth, cost optimization, and profitability
- Manage financial data collection, reporting, and benchmarking processes
- Act as a strategic advisor to internal teams and business partners
- Deliver management reports, presentations, and profitability forecasts
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and reporting frameworks
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, aftersales, and finance teams
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- CPA or CFA – highly preferred
- 8–10 years of experience in automotive, retail finance, or consulting
- Strong understanding of luxury automotive or retail business models
- Expertise in financial analysis, benchmarking, and business planning
- Proven ability to translate data into strategic decisions
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Results-driven, proactive, and commercially minded
