We are hiring a
Controlling Manager
to join a leading global
luxury automotive brand
in Dubai.

commercial finance professional
to drive financial performance, influence strategic decisions, and partner with senior stakeholders in a premium, fast-paced environment.
About The Role
You will act as the financial co-pilot of the business, ensuring strong financial steering across the region by driving profitability, performance tracking, and alignment with business strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning, forecasting, and performance management
- Drive profitability (Contribution Margin, CM per Unit, Sales Allowances)
- Analyze variances and implement corrective actions
- Partner with Sales and business teams to align financial objectives
- Deliver high-impact financial insights, reporting, and dashboards
- Support strategic initiatives, pricing, and incentive decisions
- Identify risks and opportunities and guide business actions
- Improve financial processes and steering frameworks
Requirements
- 6–8 years’ experience in Controlling, FP&A, or Commercial Finance
- Experience in luxury automotive or premium brand environment preferred
- Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis
- Advanced skills in Excel and Power BI / Tableau / Qlik
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
- Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication with ability to influence senior leadership
