We are looking for someone to provide adequate, accurate and on time analysis on
business performance
to be shared with top management and other relevant team members in the organization.
Job responsibilities
Main Accountabilities
- Perform monthly analysis highlighting main variation vs Budget and vs PY in order to ensure achievement of budget targets.
- Implement and maintain Managerial Reports to monitor the performance of different Departments/BU/Division/Process on the following areas: revenues, costs, margins, profitability and Key Performance Indicators.
- Propose indicated actions in case of major issues resulting from analysis mentioned above.
- Collaborate pro-actively and closely with store management on analysis and performance topic
- Work closely with different internal stakeholders (HR, Finance, CRM..)
- Cooperate with the Corporate IT department to improve current systems and implement new functionalities supporting budgeting preparation and monitoring.
- Provide adequate documentation to the External Auditors during statutory submission as indicated by LVMH.
- Support the definition of yearly budget and revisions and 3YP projection.
Profile
Develop and maintain performance reporting and analytical tools to provide clear visibility on key business drivers and operational outcomes.
Transform data into actionable insights, enabling stakeholders to make informed decisions, improve efficiency, and achieve business objectives while fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
