Currently, we are hiring Relationship Officer/ Sr.
Relationship Officer-Personal loan Sales Team for EmiratesNBD process.
Job Description
The role will include onboarding new customers for Personal Loans.
This Job requires a high level of relationship building, Account Management, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Prospect in targeted segments that require meeting standards in phone calls, and face-to-face visits.
- Present and sell all Retail banking products & services to potential customers in an ethical & professional manner.
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers to enhance cross-selling opportunities.
- Record all sales activities in Daily Sales Reports and update CRM for leads and contacts.
- Participate in all Team Activities like morning huddles, training, and coaching, complete mandatory compliance and fraud training.
Requirements
- **Minimum one year Sales experience of Banking Products Sales.**
- Ability to identify potential Customers
- Excellent interpersonal/relationship management skills and problem-solving ability
- Strong verbal/written communication skills
- Highly driven, self-motivated, target orientated individual
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow
Skill Set
- Sales profile that requires confidence, persistence, Positive Attitude, and Good Communication skills
- Basic knowledge of Retail Banking products, service policies, and processes of Retail Banking.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
