Job Description:
The role required a Motivated Team Leader with 5+ years of hands-on experience in a fast-paced work environment with and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Main focuses will be overseeing the staff, scheduling shifts, delegating, motivating, and managing any conflict.
- Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.
- Set clear team goals for the team and achieve it.
- Delegate tasks and set deadlines.
- Oversee day-to-day Sales Activity.
- Monitor team performance and report on metrics.
- Strictly follow compliance guideline set by Bank.
- Discover training needs and provide coaching.
- Effective communication skills, strong ethics, empathy, technical expertise, and the ability to inspire employees.
Requirements:
- Minimum two-year experience Managing Retail Banking sales Team
- Highly driven, self-motivated, target orientated individual
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
