Set within Hoar Cross Hall’s historic estate, Henrys is looking for an enthusiastic Restaurant Team Leader who enjoys leading by example and making every guest feel welcome.

You’ll bring hospitality experience, confident communication and a natural way with people. You’ll be organised, calm during busy service and comfortable guiding colleagues.

Previous supervisory experience would be helpful, alongside a positive approach and a desire to develop your team.

37.5 hours per week, Wednesday to Sunday. Flexibility is required to support service and the needs of the team.
