What you'll be doing
Leading by example - cooking, plating and delivering dishes to the highest standard
Supporting menu development using fresh, seasonal and locally sourced ingredients
Training, coaching and motivating your kitchen team to reach their full potential
Managing stock effectively, minimise waste and control food costs
Ensuring excellent food safety, hygiene and health & safety standards at all times
Engaging with guests and responding positively to feedback
What we're looking for
Have previous experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef ready to step up
Be a hands-on leader who enjoys developing and inspiring a team
Be a genuine passion for fresh, seasonal food and attention to detail
Be Calm, organised and confident during busy service
Have excellent knowledge of HACCP, COSHH and food safety legislation
Additional Information
Working 5 out of 7 days a week
45-hours per week
Full flexibility is key as you will be expected to work as and when necessary to meet the needs of the team and the business. This includes evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays

Annual salary: £48667.50
