About This Role
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations across all dining outlets.
- Supervise service teams to ensure smooth, efficient operations and high-quality guest experiences.
- Ensure adherence to Kerten Hospitality service standards, hygiene, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
- Monitor guest satisfaction, handle feedback, and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Assist in managing inventory, stock levels, and supplier coordination.
- Support staff scheduling, task allocation, and shift supervision.
- Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and overall ambiance of the restaurant.
- Ensure proper opening and closing procedures are followed.
- Drive service excellence and support continuous improvement initiatives.
& Skills
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within Food & Beverage operations.
- Good knowledge of restaurant operations, POS systems, and basic administrative tools.
- Strong communication, leadership, and team coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented with a hands-on, service-driven approach.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
