About This Role
Job Summary
NGA is looking for an energetic and organized Restaurant Supervisor to oversee our daily floor operations.
You will be responsible for leading the service team, ensuring guests receive exceptional service, and maintaining the restaurant’s operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate the front-of-house staff (Waiters, Hostesses, Runners) during shifts.
- Floor Management: Coordinate seating flow and handle guest requests or complaints immediately and professionally.
- Operational Excellence: Conduct pre-shift briefings, manage staff schedules, and ensure all side-works are completed.
- Quality Control: Monitor food and beverage presentation and speed of service to maintain NGA standards.
- Inventory & Reporting: Assist in stock monitoring and ensure accurate cash handling and daily sales reporting at shift closing.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 2–4 years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced or fine-dining restaurant.
- Skills: Strong leadership, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Communication: Excellent command of English (Arabic is a significant plus).
- Availability: Flexible to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
