The Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining quality standards, and supporting staff to deliver an outstanding dining experience.
This role involves supervising team members, handling customer concerns, and ensuring smooth front-of-house operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations.
- Ensure high standards of customer service are consistently delivered.
- Train, schedule, and motivate restaurant staff.
- Monitor staff performance and provide feedback when necessary.
- Handle customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained.
- Assist in inventory control and ordering supplies.
- Support the manager in achieving sales targets and operational goals.
- Oversee opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality-related certification is a plus.
- Proven experience in a restaurant or hospitality supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
