This role involves handling customer orders and payments while also assisting with food preparation and maintaining kitchen cleanliness.
The ideal candidate is a team player who can multitask in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Cashier Duties
- Greet customers and take food and beverage orders
- Operate the cash register and process cash, card, and digital payments
- Issue receipts and ensure accurate transactions
- Answer customer inquiries regarding menu items
- Coordinate customer orders with kitchen staff
Kitchen Duties
- Assist with food preparation and basic cooking tasks
- Follow recipes, portion control, and food safety guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, equipment, and workstations
- Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen tools as required
- Assist chefs and cooks during busy periods
General Duties
- Ensure cleanliness of dining, cashier, and kitchen areas
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Support team members as needed
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or cashiering is an advantage
- Basic math and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Physically able to stand for long hours
- Honest, punctual, and team-oriented
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
