Oversee daily operations of a café, including service, inventory, and front-of-house staff.
The role calls for hands-on café or restaurant operations experience and leadership.
Responsibilities
- Supervise service and coordinate kitchen and front-of-house teams for timely orders.
- Manage inventory, stock records, ordering, stock checks, and supplier coordination.
- Train staff and monitor performance, grooming, punctuality, and discipline.
- Handle customer complaints and maintain service, cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards.
- Monitor wastage and operational costs; report shortages and stock discrepancies.
- Ensure food safety, hygiene, and company policy compliance.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a store, restaurant, or café supervisor.
- Experience with inventory management, stock control, and ordering; knowledge of POS systems and inventory procedures.
- Customer-service, complaint-handling, staff-training, communication, leadership, organization, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy café environment.
- Must be currently available in the UAE; UAE café or restaurant experience is preferred.
- Immediate joining or a short notice period is preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 3,500–AED 4,500 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
