Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and create a positive first impression.
- Manage guest seating and coordinate table arrangements.
- Handle reservations and guest inquiries professionally.
- Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area.
- Coordinate with the service team to ensure a smooth guest experience.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist guests with their needs.
Requirements
- Previous hostess or customer-service experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
- Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced café environment.
- Must be available for immediate joining; immediate joiners are highly preferred.
Workplace
- The role is based at Al Qana in Abu Dhabi and the work location is in person.
Pay
- AED 3,000 to AED 4,000 per month.
