BTTR is hiring a customer-focused Hostess for its café team in Al Qana, Abu Dhabi.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests upon arrival.
- Manage guest seating and reservations.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
- Assist guests with basic inquiries and requests.
- Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth guest flow.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception or host area.
- Provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Previous Hostess experience in a café or restaurant is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills; a pleasant personality and professional appearance.
- Customer-service orientation and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Immediate joiners are given priority; candidates currently in the UAE are preferred.
Pay
- Pay is AED 3,000–4,000 per month.
Work location
- Work location is in person in Al Qana, Abu Dhabi.
