- Manage front-of-house operations and lead service teams during operations.
- Maintain luxury service standards; handle VIP guests and complaints.

Restaurant Supervisor background
- Luxury dining, beach club, or fine dining experience is preferred.
- Strong guest engagement skills and knowledge of POS and reservation systems are preferred.
Waiter/Waitress duties
- Take orders and serve food and beverages.
- Maintain product knowledge and upsell menu items and beverages.
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the experience.
Waiter/Waitress background
- Luxury restaurant or resort experience is preferred.
- Fluent English; additional languages are advantageous.
