The Restaurant Steward maintains cleanliness and organization in kitchen and dining areas.
Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain kitchen and dining areas to ensure hygiene.
- Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
- Assist kitchen staff with food preparation and service as needed.
- Store and handle food items properly.
- Dispose of waste and recycling according to company policies.
- Support teammates during busy periods.
- Follow safety and sanitation protocols.
Qualifications
- Previous stewarding or cleaning experience is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Good communication skills.
