Operation Supervisor – Vegetable Packing Section (Preferably Arabic-speaking candidates)

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Check and verify daily orders from hypermarkets, supermarkets, and home-delivery customers; ensure accurate recording, processing, and communication.
• Coordinate packing against customer requirements and monitor preparation, packing, dispatch, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate logistics for timely delivery and follow up on pending orders, delays, missing items, and other operational issues.
• Verify quantities, product details, and delivery documents before dispatch; coordinate order changes and urgent requests with sales.
• Monitor order completion and on-time delivery; prepare daily reports on orders received, packed, dispatched, and delivered.
• Record discrepancies, complaints, returns, and delivery issues; identify challenges and recommend operational improvements.
• Coordinate sales, packing, warehouse, and logistics teams; monitor team performance and compliance with company procedures.
• Report order status, delivery issues, and performance concerns to the Operations Manager and undertake other assigned operational duties.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• At least two years of experience in sales support, supply coordination, or administrative roles; fresh produce or FMCG experience is preferred.
• Experience handling hypermarket, supermarket, or online/home-delivery orders is an advantage.
• Strong coordination, communication, organization, attention to detail, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Advanced MS Excel and data management proficiency; basic computer skills and experience with order management or ERP systems.
• Able to manage multiple orders, work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines; Arabic speakers are preferred.
