  • Proven experience in a fine dining environment.
  • Strong experience managing high-volume operations within the Middle East.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a busy floor during peak service.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and guest-service skills.
  • Experience managing large and diverse teams.
  • Arabic is a plus but not essential.
