Restaurant Manager requirements

• At least 3 years as a Restaurant Manager, Assistant Restaurant Manager, or in a similar role.
• Thai and/or Italian restaurant experience is highly preferred; fine dining, upscale, hotel, or high-volume experience is advantageous.
• Requires restaurant operations knowledge; experience managing a diverse, multicultural team; leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Requires knowledge of food, beverage, and labor costs; inventory, wastage, and operational expenses; scheduling, training, performance management, and daily operations.
• Requires food safety, hygiene, and health and safety knowledge; organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• English is required. Thai or Italian language skills and UAE hospitality experience are advantageous. Immediate availability is preferred.

Restaurant Manager responsibilities

• Manage daily operations, including opening and closing; lead, train, motivate, and develop staff; manage schedules, attendance, and staffing levels.
• Maintain food quality, service, presentation, and guest satisfaction; handle guest feedback, complaints, special requests, and VIP arrangements.
• Coordinate Front of House and Kitchen teams; monitor food and beverage quality, portion control, inventory, and wastage.
• Support budgets, sales targets, financial controls, purchasing, supplier coordination, and operational reporting.
• Ensure food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety compliance; support promotions, events, and private dining.
• Build regular-guest loyalty and work with senior management toward sales, profitability, guest satisfaction, and operational targets.

Waiter/Waitress requirements

• At least 2 years of waiter/waitress experience in a casual dining restaurant.
• Requires communication and customer service skills, basic POS and restaurant service-procedure knowledge, teamwork, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Requires flexibility to work weekends and public holidays and physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Food safety and hygiene knowledge is preferred.

Waiter/Waitress responsibilities

• Welcome guests, escort them to tables, present menus, explain menu items, specials, ingredients, and allergens, and recommend food and beverages.
• Take orders accurately in the POS system; coordinate timely service with kitchen and bar teams; prepare tables and serve food and beverages.
• Monitor guest satisfaction, respond to requests, handle complaints professionally, and upsell items or specials where appropriate.
• Clear, clean, and reset tables; maintain a clean dining area and follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.

Waiter/Waitress compensation

• Waiter/Waitress salary is up to AED 2,200 per month.
