Restaurant Manager leading daily operations for one of Hilton’s hotel dining outlets.
The role focuses on memorable guest experiences, team leadership, operational performance, and hospitality standards.
Role responsibilities
- Manage outlet service standards, product quality, inventory, cost controls, profitability, marketing, budgeting, and policies.
- Monitor service quality and guest satisfaction, resolve issues, and identify improvements to the dining experience.
- Supervise, coach, mentor, evaluate, and develop team members; recognize achievements and support team engagement.
- Use marketing, upselling, and promotions to grow food and beverage sales and profitability.
- Lead hiring, interviews, onboarding, and training.
- Maintain health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol-awareness compliance.
