- Roles & responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service, quality, and efficiency
- Lead, train, and manage front-of-house and back-of-house teams
- Maintain high standards of hospitality and customer experience
- Manage budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization
- Ensure compliance with UAE food safety and hygiene regulations
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally and promptly
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer retention and footfall
- Strong awareness of how social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) influence restaurant visibility and customer traffic
- Works closely with marketing teams or agencies to support promotions, influencer collaborations, and campaigns
- Keeps updated with current F&B trends, customer behavior, and modern restaurant marketing strategies
- Contributes ideas to attract new customers and improve brand positioning in the market
- Understands how digital presence impacts customer decisions and restaurant reputation
- Uses business insight and operational feedback to support marketing direction and improve customer experience and sales performance
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum **8 years of experience** managing restaurants in the UAE
- Proven background in **Lebanese or Arabic cuisine restaurants**
- Strong knowledge of UAE F&B market, customer preferences, and compliance standards
- Hands-on leadership experience in full restaurant operations
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Highly customer-focused with a passion for hospitality excellence
- Trend-aware and digitally savvy with a modern approach to restaurant management
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
