Company Bus Driver

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company bus to transport employees according to assigned schedules and routes.
• Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off of employees.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections before and after each shift.
• Keep the bus clean, safe, and in good operating condition.
• Report vehicle defects, maintenance requirements, accidents, or incidents promptly.
• Follow all UAE traffic laws, company policies, and safe driving practices.
• Maintain trip logs, fuel records, and vehicle inspection reports.
• Ensure passengers follow safety procedures while on board.
• Coordinate with supervisors regarding route changes, delays, or operational concerns.
• Refuel the vehicle as required and monitor fuel consumption.
• Respond appropriately during emergencies and assist in evacuating passengers when necessary.
• Perform other transportation-related duties assigned by management.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Valid UAE Heavy Bus Driving License (Category 6).
• Minimum of 4–8 years' experience as a bus driver.
• Good knowledge of UAE roads, traffic regulations, and defensive driving techniques.
• Basic in English communication skills
• Ability to read and understand route instructions and safety procedures.

Assignment Requirements

• Valid UAE Heavy Bus Driving License (Category 6).
• Valid UAE residence visa and work permit, or eligibility for company sponsorship.
• Must pass the UAE medical fitness examination.
• Clean driving record with no major traffic violations.
• No criminal record.
• Physically fit with good eyesight and hearing.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, public holidays, and overtime when required.
• Ability to work under varying weather conditions.

Preferred Skills

• Defensive driving certification.
• Experience transporting employees for industrial, construction, logistics, manufacturing, or corporate companies.
• Strong commitment to safety and customer service.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional.
• Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,200.00 per month
