We are seeking an experienced and dynamic **Restaurant Manager** to lead the operations of a premium steakhouse restaurant in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in upscale dining, proven leadership skills, and hands-on experience managing a steakhouse or grill-focused concept.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
- Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
- Monitor service standards, food quality, cleanliness, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage staff scheduling, performance evaluations, and employee development.
- Drive sales, control costs, and achieve financial targets.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns professionally.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure seamless service and menu execution.
- Monitor inventory, purchasing, and stock control.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a steakhouse, grill restaurant, or upscale casual dining concept.
- Strong knowledge of steak cuts, grilling techniques, and premium dining service standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage restaurant financials, labor costs, and profitability.
- Experience working in the UAE hospitality industry is preferred.
