About This Role
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and drive profitability in a fast-paced F&B environment.
The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills and proven experience in managing restaurant operations within the UAE or similar markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Manage and supervise staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation
- Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service are consistently maintained
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and control costs to maximize profitability
- Handle customer feedback, complaints, and resolve issues professionally
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with UAE health, safety, and municipality regulations
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to maintain service excellence
- Prepare reports on sales, expenses, and staff performance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred)
- Minimum
- 3–5 years of experience
- as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the F&B industry
- Experience working in high-end or high-volume restaurants in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of restaurant management software and POS systems
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of budgeting, cost control, and revenue management
- Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
