The Restaurant Manager leads day-to-day operations at Soraya, ensuring strong team performance, exceptional service, and memorable guest experiences.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, guest satisfaction, service, and consistent quality standards.
- Lead, motivate, train, coach, and develop the team; manage performance.
- Coordinate floor service with the Culinary team to provide personalised guest experiences.
- Handle guest feedback and complaints, build relationships, and encourage loyalty.
- Monitor sales, labour costs, inventory, and operational expenses to achieve targets and maximise profitability.
- Manage staff rotas, attendance, leave planning, and operational reporting.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company standards.
About you
- Previous Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager experience in a luxury hotel, fine-dining restaurant, or upscale hospitality environment.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate, coach, and develop a diverse team.
- Excellent knowledge of restaurant operations, service standards, and guest experience management.
- Good commercial awareness, including sales performance, cost control, and revenue optimisation.
Compensation
- Pay is up to AED 11,500 per month.
