The Restaurant Hostess is the first point of contact for guests and helps create a welcoming first impression and exceptional dining experience.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests warmly, creating a positive first impression.
- Manage reservations, walk-ins, and guest enquiries efficiently.
- Coordinate table allocations and seating to ensure smooth service flow.
- Coordinate with the service team throughout service.
- Manage waiting times professionally and communicate updates clearly.
- Answer calls, respond to reservation enquiries, and provide accurate restaurant information.
About you
- Previous hostess or guest-facing experience in a luxury hotel, fine-dining restaurant, or upscale hospitality environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a warm, welcoming personality.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage reservations and seating efficiently.
- Professional appearance, attention to detail, and confidence interacting with diverse guests.
Pay
- Up to AED 7,000 per month.

- Work is in person.
