The role supports an exceptional dining experience and ensures guests feel welcomed and cared for from arrival to departure.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests warmly.
- Manage reservations, walk-ins, and guest enquiries.
- Coordinate table allocations and seating for smooth service flow.
- Coordinate with the service team throughout service.
- Manage waiting times and communicate updates to guests.
- Answer calls, respond to reservation enquiries, and provide accurate restaurant information.
About You
- Previous experience as a Hostess or in a guest-facing role in a luxury hotel, fine-dining restaurant, or upscale hospitality environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; a warm and welcoming personality.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage reservations and seating efficiently.
- Professional appearance, attention to detail, and confidence interacting with diverse guests.
Pay
- Pay is up to AED 7,000 per month.

- Work is in person.
