Swingers – The Crazy Golf Club

As General Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering the Swingers experience in one of the most dynamic hospitality markets in the world.
You’ll lead a talented team, oversee day-to-day operations, and ensure every guest has an unforgettable time — whether they’re playing a round of golf, enjoying drinks with friends, or celebrating something special.
This is a perfect opportunity for a hands-on leader with a strong background in high-volume hospitality, experiential venues, or entertainment concepts.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the venue, ensuring excellence across all departments: mini golf, bars, food service, and guest experience.
- Recruit, train, and develop a passionate team focused on delivering standout service with personality and flair.
- Maintain high standards in service, hygiene, safety, and compliance with UAE regulations.
- Monitor and optimize performance in staffing, inventory, cost control, and guest satisfaction.
- Manage budgets, P&L, and operational KPIs to drive profitability and efficiency.
- Foster a fun, inclusive, and high-energy team culture aligned with the Swingers brand.
- Build and maintain relationships with local partners, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Be present and hands-on during service to lead by example and ensure a seamless guest journey.
Qualifications & Skills
- 5+ years of experience in a management role within hospitality or entertainment venues.
- Proven success in team leadership, guest experience, and operational performance.
- Strong financial and commercial acumen, including P&L management and budgeting.
- A passion for delivering fun, engaging, and memorable experiences.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Energetic, proactive, and adaptable with a hands-on approach.
- Experience working in the UAE
