• An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Restaurant General Manager to join F&B team at Jumeirah Beach Hotel.
• The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:
• Develop and implement strategic plans for signature dining outlets, aligning with overall F&B objectives and brand standards.
• Oversee daily operations across multiple outlets, ensuring seamless service delivery and superior guest satisfaction.
• Lead and mentor Restaurant Managers and Assistant Managers, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Prepare and manage departmental budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement cost-control measures.
• Collaborate with culinary leadership to maintain food quality, consistency, and innovation in menu offerings.
• Drive revenue through strategic pricing, upselling initiatives, and promotional campaigns in partnership with marketing.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and HACCP standards across all operations.
• Analyze performance metrics, guest feedback, and market trends to identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for supplies and services to ensure quality and cost efficiency.
• Represent the signature dining division in executive meetings and contribute to property-wide strategic initiatives.

About You

• The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
• 8 -10 years of experience in luxury hospitality, including experience in senior leadership roles within F&B operations, preferably in fine dining or signature restaurants.
• Strong commercial acumen with proven success in driving operational performance, profitability, and elevated guest satisfaction.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire high-performing teams within fast-paced luxury environments, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
• A strategic and innovative mindset, complemented by strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
