Role Overview
We are seeking a Risk Manager to establish and maintain the risk management framework at BOF
Prime.
The role is pivotal in safeguarding the firm's operations and client portfolios by identifying,
assessing, and mitigating financial, operational, and regulatory risks.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement the risk management framework across credit, market, liquidity, and
- operational risk
- Monitor client portfolio exposures and ensure alignment with agreed risk parameters
- Conduct regular stress tests, scenario analyses, and VaR assessments
- Liaise with compliance and legal teams to ensure adherence to applicable regulatory
requirements
- Produce risk reporting for senior management and the Board
- Identify and escalate risk events and near-misses in a timely manner
- Review new products, services, and counterparty relationships from a risk perspective
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Risk Management, Mathematics, or related field; FRM or PRM
- certification preferred
- 4–7 years of experience in risk management within a bank, wealth manager, or financial
- institution
- Strong understanding of HNWI product offerings including structured products, alternatives,
- and leverage
- Proficiency in risk modelling tools and methodologies (VaR, Monte Carlo, CVaR)
- Knowledge of DFSA, SEC, or equivalent regulatory frameworks
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present risk findings to non-technical
- stakeholders

Salary
10,000 – 15,000 AED per month + Commissions
