Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement the risk management framework across credit, market, liquidity, and
• operational risk
• Monitor client portfolio exposures and ensure alignment with agreed risk parameters
• Conduct regular stress tests, scenario analyses, and VaR assessments
• Liaise with compliance and legal teams to ensure adherence to applicable regulatory

requirements

• Produce risk reporting for senior management and the Board
• Identify and escalate risk events and near-misses in a timely manner
• Review new products, services, and counterparty relationships from a risk perspective

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Risk Management, Mathematics, or related field; FRM or PRM
• certification preferred
• 4–7 years of experience in risk management within a bank, wealth manager, or financial
• institution
• Strong understanding of HNWI product offerings including structured products, alternatives,
• and leverage
• Proficiency in risk modelling tools and methodologies (VaR, Monte Carlo, CVaR)
• Knowledge of DFSA, SEC, or equivalent regulatory frameworks
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present risk findings to non-technical
• stakeholders
