About The Role

Respiratory Therapist

ready to make a real difference across the NICU, PICU, LTC.We’re looking for a skilled, patient-focused professional to join our multidisciplinary team and help deliver advanced, evidence based respiratory care.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver advanced respiratory care across critical and acute settings
  • Manage invasive & non-invasive ventilation, ABGs, airway care & emergency response
  • Support NICU/PICU ventilator management & high-frequency ventilation
  • Perform polysomnography & pulmonary diagnostics (where applicable)
  • Collaborate closely with physicians & interdisciplinary teams
  • Support JCI and regulatory compliance standards

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Respiratory Therapy (or equivalent)
  • Minimum 2+ years post-qualification experience
  • Critical care / NICU / PICU exposure
  • DOH/DHA License (or eligibility)
  • BLS / ACLS / PALS certifications
  • Strong clinical judgment, communication & teamwork skills
  • Passion for continuous learning and patient-centered care
