Supports the FAA Central Service Area Planning and Requirements Group under Leidos’ NISC program.
Serves as a Corporate Work Plan, Primavera, and analytics expert supporting daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain resource-loaded Primavera schedules; track labor, budgets, resource assignments, and availability.
- Analyze workload, identify resource gaps, and support RAM analysis and team assignments.
- Build Tableau dashboards and produce planned-versus-actual, staffing, labor-charging, schedule-performance, and ad hoc reports.
- Support schedule baselines, data integrity, project controls, Data Driven Decisions reporting, and Corporate Work Plan updates.
- Identify risks and process improvements; recommend corrective actions and present findings to stakeholders.
Required qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business, or a related field; experience may substitute.
- At least 4 years of project scheduling using Primavera or Microsoft Project and at least 4 years developing resource-loaded schedules.
- At least 4 years of data analysis and reporting, including Tableau; proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills; able to collaborate tactfully with stakeholders and leadership.
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
Desired qualification
- Experience with the FAA Corporate Work Plan system or similar project management databases is desired.
Compensation
- Pay range is USD 65,650–118,675 per year; the range is a general guideline, not a guarantee.
