Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for Property Consultant with Real Estate based in Abu Dhabi.

The Property Consultant will manage the end-to-end sales and leasing cycle, including prospecting, qualifying leads, conducting property viewings, and closing transactions for residential and commercial properties.

Responsibilities include maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market, advising clients on property options, pricing, and investment opportunities, and ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with local regulations.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Real Estate within the UAE market, with strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi property laws, regulations, and key developments.
  • Strong Customer Service and Communication abilities to build trust, handle inquiries, and provide clear, empathetic support to a diverse client base.
  • Consulting skills to assess client needs, provide tailored property and investment recommendations, and present data-driven insights.
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to transportation for client meetings and property viewings.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, MS Office, and digital marketing channels for listing and promoting properties.
  • Ability to work on-site in Abu Dhabi with a flexible schedule as required by client needs.

  • : Identify, qualify, and convert leads to achieve individual and company sales targets.
  • **Client Relations**
  • : Build and maintain long-term relationships specifically with UAE and international investors and end-users.
  • **Property Presentations**
  • : Conduct professional viewings and high-level presentations for clients.
  • **Expert Advisory**
  • : Provide strategic advice on buying, selling, and investment opportunities, including ROI analysis.
  • **Market Insight**
  • : Stay updated on Abu Dhabi real estate trends, pricing, and new project launches.

Language

: Native or professional fluency in English Arabic or any European Languages with excellent command

Experience

: Proven track record in sales (UAE real estate experience is a significant advantage) but not mandatory

Soft Skills

: Strong negotiation, communication, and client management abilities.

Knowledge

: Familiarity with UAE property laws and market procedures is preferred not mandatory
