Job Description
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Reservations Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
- In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the reservation process, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional customer service.
- The ideal candidate will be organized, professional, and committed to delivering outstanding support to our guests while maintaining the highest standards of operational excellence.
- Process and manage reservations through reservation management systems with accuracy and attention to detail
- Respond promptly to reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online channels, providing professional and courteous service
- Maintain accurate booking records and update reservation databases in real-time
- Handle modifications, cancellations, and special requests from guests in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and resolve any booking-related issues
- Manage group reservations and negotiate rates when appropriate
- Monitor reservation trends and provide insights to support revenue optimization strategies
- Train and support team members on reservation procedures and customer service best practices
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive guest information with professionalism
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a reservations or customer service role within the hospitality or travel industry
- Proficiency with reservation management systems and software platforms
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Problem-solving abilities and customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Professional demeanor and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and practices
- Preferred: Fluency in Arabic and English
- Preferred: Experience with specific reservation platforms such as Opera or similar systems
- Preferred: Sales experience or background in luxury hospitality
- Preferred: Familiarity with Saudi Arabian business culture and tourism practices
- Required: Valid Saudi work authorization or Saudi national status
