Responsibilities
- Handle internal and external booking inquiries and process reservations efficiently.
- Respond professionally and promptly to guest emails and phone inquiries.
- Maintain and update the guest database, keeping recorded information accurate.
- Promote Tattu offerings and inform guests about upcoming events and experiences.
- Coordinate with the service team to ensure guest requests are met.
- Assist with reservation data analysis to optimize bookings and availability.
- Support the Reservations Manager with administrative duties related to booking systems.
