Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and professionally, creating a positive first impression.
- Help ensure guest arrivals are seamless and efficient while maintaining an enthusiastic presence.
- Coordinate with Reception and Reservations so bookings are executed smoothly.
- Anticipate guest needs, adapt service, and identify ways to enhance the experience.
- Learn and develop skills to progress within the team.
Contract and hours
- Permanent contract; full-time.
- 48 hours per week.
- Competitive salary; no pay cadence or amount is stated.
