The Reservation Agent handles incoming calls, emails, and online bookings, assists guests with room reservations, and provides guest service.

Responsibilities
- Handle guest reservation calls, emails, and online bookings.
- Process bookings, cancellations, and modifications using the hotel reservation system.
- Explain hotel services, room types, rates, availability, and amenities to prospective guests.
- Coordinate special requests such as early check-in, late check-out, and additional services.
- Resolve reservation and room accommodation concerns or complaints professionally.
- Accurately record guest, reservation, and payment information and maintain booking records to avoid errors or overbookings.
- Send confirmation messages with booking details and pre-arrival instructions.
- Follow up on no-shows, cancellations, and inquiries to support occupancy and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- A degree in hospitality, business, or a related field is a plus.
- Previous front office, hospitality, or reservations experience is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; excellent organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of hotel services, room types, and amenities.
