About This Role
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming reservation requests via phone, email, or online systems
- Book, modify, or cancel reservations based on customer needs
- Provide detailed information about services, rates, availability, and policies
- Maintain accurate records of all bookings in the system
- Confirm reservations and send relevant details to customers
- Coordinate with front office, sales, or operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Upsell services, packages, or upgrades when appropriate
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally
Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous experience in reservations, customer service, or hospitality is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good computer skills and familiarity with reservation systems
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,700.00 - AED1,800.00 per month
