- 📢 وظيفة شاغرة \| أخصائي / مهندس بحث وتطوير (بلاستيك)
- مصنع الأمجاد يعلن عن توفر وظيفة أخصائي / مهندس بحث وتطوير للعمل في جدة.
- 🔹 المهام:
- تطوير وتحسين تركيبات الأفلام البلاستيكية (HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE)
- تقييم الماسترباتش والفيلرز والإضافات
- معالجة مشاكل الإنتاج (العكورة، الإغلاق الحراري ...)
- تنفيذ التجارب وتحليل النتائج وخفض التكاليف
- 🔹 المتطلبات:
- بكالوريوس كيمياء / هندسة بوليمرات أو تخصص ذو صلة
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في تصنيع البلاستيك (يفضل Blown Film)
- معرفة جيدة بالمواد الخام والإضافات

Hiring \| R&D Specialist / Engineer (Plastics)
- AGF is looking for a passionate R&D Specialist / Engineer to join our team in Jeddah.
- 🔹 What you’ll do:
- Develop & optimize PE film formulations (HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE)
- Evaluate masterbatch, fillers & additives
- Troubleshoot production challenges (haze, sealing, die build-up)
- Run trials & support cost optimization
- 🔹 Requirements:
- Degree in Chemistry / Polymer Engineering or related
- Minimum 2 years experience in plastic manufacturing (Blown Film preferred)
- Strong knowledge of raw materials & additives
