Role Description
This full-time, on-site Rental Sales Agent position is based in Dubai.
The role involves assisting customers in selecting and renting vehicles, ensuring exceptional customer service, and addressing customer needs effectively.
Responsibilities
include coordinating rental bookings, managing the rental process from start to finish, providing product knowledge to customers, and achieving sales targets for vehicle rentals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Car Rental operations and experience meeting customer rental needs
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Excellent Communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse customers
- Proven Sales skills, including the ability to upsell services and achieve set revenue targets
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages, especially Arabic, is a plus
- Prior experience in the car rental or automotive industry is advantageous
